Directions: In a sauce pan, melt 1 stick butter, add creole mix and cook over low heat for 1-2 minutes stirring constantly. Add 4 cups of water and 28 oz. can of tomato sauce. Mix well. Cook uncovered for 15 minutes on low heat stirring often. Add 1 lb. of peeled shrimp and cook on low for 15 minutes. Serve over rice or pasta.
