Refund policy
Returns
If you have a problem with your order, please email us at returns@shoprhinestoneranch.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. We do NOT offer refunds, only store credits and exchanges. We must receive the item within 14 days of delivery in order to receive your exchange or store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. This includes tags still attached.
Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your exchange or store credit will be processed, and you will receive an email with an online store credit within a certain amount of days.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Late or missing store credit
If you haven’t received a notification of your store credit within 7 to 10 days, please contact us at returns@shoprhinestoneranch.com.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipping costs will be excluded from your store credit.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
