Ala Carte Alice Bayou Etouffee
Our new Bayou Crawfish Etouffee is so easy and will delight your guests when you serve it for dinner. Be sure you have some good garlic bread to go with it.
Directions: In a sauce pan, melt 1 stick butter, add mix and stir over low heat until medium brown. Add 4 cups of water and 2 lbs. of shrimp or crawfish. Cover and bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and cook 15 minutes. Serve over rice or pasta.
